We always strive to design a product you'll love. However, we understand that visions may defer. We do not offer refunds, but we do provide an a la carte revision for a minimal cost.
If I want to make changes to my design after closing out my order, can I come back later for additional changes?
Absolutely! We retain all renderings for 30 days after the closure of the design case. If you would like to make additional revisions for a minimal cost.
Can I speak to my interior designer multiple times throughout the process?
Yes, you can request one additional verbal consult or communicate over email as the process progresses.
Can I request a curated furniture list for my design if it is not included with my package or a particular room?
Yes! We offer an a la carte option should you want a list of the furnishings included in your design.
